GIS Tutorial 1

Hello,

I have downloaded the data to my computer and am trying to open the tutorial 1-1 project.  However when I do step for which is add Tutorial 1-1.aprx it doesn't do anything.  I have heard of issues with older computers but my computer isn't even 2 years old. Help I have this assignment due in the next few days.

Hi Melissa,

Let's get you set for your class!

Once you have the data downloaded and installed (sounds like you already got this far) let's go directly to the project file. Your instructions may want you to open the project using ArcPro, but let's try opening it by clicking on the project file itself.

If you installed the data to the default location you should be able to find the project file in this folder.

C:\EsriPress\GISTforPro\Chapter1\Tutorials 

Go there and then just double-click on the project file Tutorial1-1.aprx
