I have a user attempting to use the "ArcMap" link from a map service record in GeoPortal 9.3.1 SP1. He is receiving an "Error opening layer file" message inside of ArcMap after he clicks on the link.
He is using ArcGIS 9.2 SP5. Is there an incompatibility between the two versions? If not, what can I check to solve the issue?
