I've successfully installed the GPT on our webserver, hooked into LDAP and have coomunication with the Stand-Alone Database. My issue is when I harvest Metadata from our ArcIMS 9.3.1 Metadata Service. XML documents are harvested to the C:/Inetpub/wwwroot/Harvested_Metadata folder, however, none of the XML documents are published to the Geoportal.
