I have a couple questions about the ESRI Midwest User conference in Feb 2023 in Chicago.  I may not be able to attend the UC in San Diego, although that would be my first choice.  

1. How do the smaller User conferences compare to the UC in San Diego?  Are the smaller user conferences as rigorous as the Internat'l UC in San Diego?  Obviously they are smaller - but what is the variety of topics?  How many people generally attend?  Do the pre-conference workshops usually have enough registrants to actually run?

2. The agenda is not yet visible for the Midwest UC 2023, i.e. all it says is "tech workshop" or "user presentation" but nothing is listed, (although the pre-conf workshops are listed).  When will the agenda be available?  Early bird registration is 23Dec... I would like to see the agenda before registering.
