After upgrading ArcGIS to 10.9.1 (server), we noticed that our implementation solving routes start crashing for large input to solve. ESRI.ArcGIS.NetworkAnalyst throws an error about table name '##SDE_Session...' being not valid.
During investigation I have found out that actual error in SQL Server is that Snapshot Isolation is not turned on at tempdb database. After turning it ON errors are solved. But..
According to our IT guys doing that could cause performance issues.
Question: Why it is required to have Snapshot Isolation turned ON at tempdb?
