We've just upgraded our ESRI Geoportal from 10.6 to 10.8.1.
Previously we used the /updateUserLevel endpoint to upgrade the user level and despite attempts at google, I can't find the equivalent endpoint or method now to be able to update the userLicenseTypeId.
I can assign the userLicenseTypeId when I create the user but in our system, we need to be able to upgrade the user after they were created and I have yet to find any way to set the userLicenseTypeId for a already created user.
Help?
