SelectLayerByLocation ERROR 999999: Logfile not found

We recently upgraded our ArcGIS Server and Oracle geodatabase (SDE) from 10.6 to 10.7.1. After upgrade our geoprocessing services that use SelectLayerByLocation_management started throwing errors 999999: Logfile not found. I have tried virtually every logfile option combination (shared, session), with no effect on errors.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hey! Were you able to figure out the cause/solution? We are having the same issue after upgrading SDE to 10.8.1. Thanks!
