Search Tool Arcgis JS API

Hi guys,

I have been developing an app and I am facing an issue with the search tool.

I have created a codepen app that might be helpful.

The issue  is when I search for an address, for example 28 Jacaranda Avenue in Logan Central.

The search address response will list 2 addresses: 28 Jacaranda Av and 28 Jacaranda Ave

When I hit the Av option the result point falls in the property, but when I hit the Ave option it falls next to the property.

Are you aware of any option where it can only display only the address falling in the property (i.e 28 Jacaranda Av).

I have tried to see if there were an option for the search widget. But couldn't find any suitable solution.
