Printing from a Python script in ArcGIS Pro

I'm looking for a way to automate printing a map layout from PRO using the ArcPy.Mp module.I have not found the equivalent to arcpy.mapping.PrintMap().

I don't suppose saving to pdf (or other format) would suffice, since there is no direct equivalent at this time

I also would like this option as I would like to get attributes like page size in order to create a running log of how much paper I use on a yearly basis.
