I have a web app that uses a print service that uses 'export web map' to create a pdf. It is hosted on ArcGIS 10.5 and works fine.
We recently upgrade our servers so the ArcGIS Server is now 10.9. I used the same sd file to publish the print service to the new server and it prints and generates a pdf. The problem is that the pdf contains only the basemap but not features. I went to check ArcGIS Server log and found a bunch of these errors:
<feature name>: Image compressor error. Cannot compress/decompress the image.
Is there anything different between 10.9 and 10.9 that might cause this?
