Old school proxy secured services and MAUI

I am having issues figuring out how to add a secured service from our own Arc Server (not portal or online) using our proxy URL like we do on our javascript maps but using MAUI. 

Is anything familiar with how to add secured service to MAUI map using proxy URL?

I keep getting the error "token required" when adding layer to map.
