Our desktop app already has a framework to display tile maps from urls using the x/y/z.jpg or whatever format.
- Is this a valid licensed use for ArcGIS?
- If we wanted to do this, how do we associated a license/key with each request? Is it a ?key=whatever at the end or something?
- Is it true for a commercial desktop app we would just need a single developer account?
