How to create an MMPK file in ArcGIS Pro?

I am trying to figure out how to make an MMPK file in ArcGIS Pro as part of an app,I 've got a map, added an image, it's georeferenced. It looks great in ArcGIS Pro. But when I go and create the mmpk file, when I open it I in a .NET MAUI app (I don't think the platform's the issue here), get an error:

ArcGIS Maps SDK: Load Error: ArcGISTiledLayer
System.ArgumentException
Invalid argument: ArcGIS Runtime: 13
File error.
Invalid tile package: could not find root directory

I think the problem is probably obvious to someone who's worked with ArcGIS Pro, but I have virtually no experience with it.

try another folder other than a Dropbox location
