Hi, we need to add an additional TileMatrixSet for a WMTS service. Basically, we need to be able to specify the projection and the max extent (min x, min y, max x, max y) to make a layer line up with another. In GeoServer I’m able to do this by adding a new grid set, but I don’t find the equivalent in ArcGIS Server.
