Hi all,
The SceneView does not have a disable panning navigation mode as compare to the MapView which does provide
the ability to disable the panning mode.
The purpose here is to drag the symbol on the map itself and move it over to a new location on the map. Hence if the panning is not been disable there is no way for me to drag the symbol to a new location on the map.
Does anyone have any idea how to go around this problem?
