My .NET application requires only an offline map of a single area. I am currently deciding whether it is best for me to purchase ArcGIS Pro and generate a map cache, or download it through my app from the portal.
I'm unsure which method is the most cost effective and what the licensing is on distributing my application with the generated map cache.
Could someone please enlighten me on the matter?
