Create Buffer with ArcGIS Map Service in ArcMap

I try to create Buffer with ArcGIS Map Service in ArcMap. I added as a layer this Map Service, so I can see the geometry and I (identify). But I cannot open table for that layer.

And when I create a Buffer (geoprocessing Buffer) I cannot add this layer as Input Features?

So, what tools can I use?

I have no access to Map Service settings on ArcGIS Server.

ArcMap 10.4.1 WIndows 10.
