ArcGIS 10.0, vb.net, Visual Studio 2008, Windows 7
I would like to capture coordinates as the mouse moves over the map regardless of what tool is in use. My end game is to flash a certain polygon in a polygon layer when the mouse passes over it.
Is there an easy way to do this other than trying to capture coordinates then flashing the polygon?
