Bug in atbx toolbox in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2

I've created a new atbx toolbox in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.2. and have encountered some strange behaviour with script names. I have copied a script from another toolbox into the new one and it has renamed it with a 1 at the end of the tool name and claims the name already exists. I have checked every other script in the toolbox and there isn't anything with the same name. Is there a way to 'compact' a toolbox to delete any possibly corrupt support files or is it a case of starting again and hope you don't have to rename anything 😒
