I am preparing some updated layers in AGOL, they need updating using a zip file that is already available on a network drive.

These need to be updated at regular intervals to ensure the data on the Online maps is current.  I will put this in schedule.

Is there away to do this using data pipelines.  I have done it manually but couldn't find a way to make this automated.  If there is not a way using data pipelines, could you suggest how I get this achieved in an automated fashion.

Thanks

Hi @MattSully ,

Take a look at the following document.  It does what you are looking to achieve.  The only portion you would need to remove is the exporting of the feature class, and zipping of the File Geodatabase.

Thanks @JakeSkinner  I'll have a look now, I must admit, I am just starting on my ESRI journey.

@JakeSkinner  I'm no coder, I especially do not code with Python, Which sections do I take out and which bits do I leave in and what programme do I run this from?  Is it Python, where is that run from, data pipelines?

I feel very much out of my depth, fingers crossed that will change.

Many thanks
