Is there a comparable version for ArcGIS Pro?  The desktop version is available on GitHub, GitHub - nicogis/Geodatabase-Diagrammer: Geodatabase Diagrammer ArcGIS for Desktop

Here is an equivalent tool for a fee. I am not sure if there are other "free" ones out there.

Sparx Systems' Enterprise Architect - ArcGIS Geodatabase Design | UML | Enterprise Architect

Pulled from the help doc: A note about the use of UML for geodatabase design—ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS Desktop

Enterprise Architect seems to designed only for v10 era, not Pro. The newest EA webinars for ArcGIS are from 2015 (and the videoes themselves have succumbed to link rot).

That said, the GDB structure hasn't changed fundamentally in Pro so it'll probably work well enough. Paying for something that out date though... not so much. (Unless taking advantage of the non-arcgis parts as well).

Does anyone know if EA 14 can be used to design a geodatabase workspace XML for ArcGIS 10.8 und under which conditions?

I did not yet find any free tool to design a GDB, but here is a tool to create a report from one: https://github.com/AlexArcPy/registrant
