What to do when working in between two side by side basemaps that is truncated ?

I have a question for you  about a basemap that needed to be tile to each other especially when you have truncated between at Alaska and Russia ? What I need is the basemap for the Alaska side.  Is there a way around for me to do that in ArcGIS Pro ?
