v9.3.1 GeoDB planning to be patched

Hello,

We are planning on patching Oracle 10g RAC (Geodatabase) with October 2012 CPU patch and a one off patch 7189722.  I've done a little online searching but haven't found if this is or is not supported by ESRI...if anyone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it.
