Having issues keeping tool windows (Bookmarks, Identify, Measure tool, etc.) remaining as placed on second monitor. After reconcile and post or switch between databases, every window repopulates to center of the workspace on the active monitor. Monitor settings have been switched to make one primary over other without success. This is a new machine running Windows 7 (64 bit) and ArcGIS 10, sp5. We moving to 10.2 in August. This was not an issue until the new box are ArcGIS was reinstalled.
Any suggestions?
