Whole street going wrong

Hello. I'm using the same locator as is http://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/samples/locator_address/

and it is not mapping the address to the correct street.

The address I'm using:
688 9th Street NW, Sioux Center IA

It should be like this:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]34771[/ATTACH]
