Table and Index Statistics?

The ArcGIS 10 GDBT release announcement indicated the following functionality:

- Table and Index Statistics for geodatabase stored in an Oracle database

After installation I see the options for Edit Information, Versioning Lineage, Spatial Index, User Information and Version Information. Nothing for Table and Index statistics. Am I missing permissions to use this functionality? We are using Oracle 11g GDB's with ArcGIS 10 SP3.

It's not because of permission. The functionality (Table and Index Statistics for geodatabase stored in an Oracle database) is not available in GDBT.
