Shape_area field units

Is there a way to have the shape_area field display alternate units of measure?  Acres, for example.

Only if your X/Y units were in 63.614935353264330736204577034477 meter increments 😉

Populating a shape_acres column is easily possible from a trigger (if the X/Y units are cartesian)
or function (where projections are supported).

Hi John

A option you have to to add another field to your attribute table and then use the calculate geometry. To do this right click on the field header and chose calculate geometry using this option you have a selection of units you can use which includes Acres [US]
