Is there any way to specify a locator or composite locator's Minimum Match Score at the time of its creation, or at the time of its usein Python? Neither tool ("CreateAddressLocator_geocoding" or "GeocodeAddresses_geocoding") seem to have any hooks to modify this setting. It doesn't appear to be globally settable in the tool environment either.
