You should review the layout of the relevant DBTUNE keyword keys to determine
where the DDL syntax error resides.
Or you can use modern ArcGIS best practice, and avoid using rasters in databases
altogether. Raster Datasets are where all the new development is being done.
I certainly hope you are using the SP1 and QIP updates to ArcGIS 10.1, not a "raw"
ArcGIS 10.1 release.
