Hello, so I have a NetCDF file that I am able to add to Pro through the:
Add data -> Multidimensional raster Layer
In that window I can fine browse to my dataset and after selected it shows me the right variables that I can select and so forth. After pressing OK then my data does indeed get added to the map and gets appropriate symbology assigned to it that fits with the values (shown on the layer legend) as well as the time slider pop ups automatically showing the right time span.
The problem being that the data itself doesn't render itself on the map, it just doesn't show up no matter what I try, even though it clearly has a symbology set to its values (automatically) and a time slider that shows the span (also automatically), meaning that Pro reads the data but cant display it.
I've gone through the literature and tried adding it through various ways, importing variables from a file, as a file , multidimensional, forcing interpolation and so forth but nothing works.
I've also read it in as a raster layer and then it actually renders on the map but just the first point in time. So when I actually use that layer as the symbology for the raster my Pro crashes.
My main goal here is to turn this thing into a CRF so it can be set up on our enterprise portal with time abled and so forth. But when I run the Copy Raster tool then I always get error 99999, no matter what.
So I made the connection that I cant convert it to CRF unless I can get Pro to read/understand it properly first.
Any suggestions?

Are you adding the data to an empty map? (no basemap, no defined coordinate system etc)
Have you tried the above tools?
