Making a vector file for Collection of X-Y Plots

Hello,

I have a set of X-Y coordinates stored in a .dbf file. I am able to plot them over a raster image using the Plot X-Y data tool. Now, I need to make a shape file connecting those X-Y plots. How to do it?

The Points To Line tool will create line features from points.
