[HELP] Cannot create Geodatabase. Underlying DBMS error

Hi, everyone

I'm using ArcGIS server 10.0, I create a task Editor. I followed the instructions here ArcGIS Server Help

but I cannot create Geodatabase in my Database Servers, ArcCatalog following error message "Error creating this geodatabase. Underlying DBMS error"

Can you give me specific instructions on how to fix it? Thank you very much!

Do you have the proper permissions? That is what it sounds like to me,

Yes, I do. I added the SOC account in permission but i cannot create geodatabase

Does the SOC account have permissons on the box?
