GML import tool

Hi, 

I have created a BIM model on Sketchup 3D and I have exported to GML with cityGML extension. Now I have tried to import the model to ArcGIS Pro and the Data interoperability tool is failing to open while I have the licence im receiving message the tool failed to open. Any idea how can I import the GML file on Pro

I have tried to do the same with ArcMap as well but seems is not working 

Any help is welcome

I am licensed for it as well.... but I never downloaded from your My Esri, nor did I install it!
