Global IDs and Replicas Question

I am using ArcGIS for Desktop 10.2.2 and SQL Server 2008 R2.

SITUATION:
Here is what I have:

- Geodatabase A - deleted and removed.

- Geodatabase B - new name, new instance, contains the data copied from Geodatabase A.

- One-Way Replica (Parent to Child) X - is still registered to the Geodatabase A.

I try to unregister Replica X and reregister it with Geodatabase B, but under Replica Manager when I attempt to unregister it, I get the message "Replica could not be deleted, access denied".

QUESTIONS:

It is possible to reregister a Replica with Geodatabase B? Will this change the Version as well?

Do I need to delete the GlobalID Attribute Column in each Feature Class and then create new GlobalIDs?

I tried to create brand new Replica, different name, registered to Geodatabase B, but I am denied the permission to do this as well.

What do you recommend I do in this situation?
