I have boundary polygons created from Google Earth and then brought into ArcGIS.
When I overlay these polygon boundaries over a correctly georeferenced Satellite image, it has an error of approximately 100 m which has been inherited from Google Earth's inaccuracy.  The issues of projection has been already correctly addressed.
The polygon data is large, so digitising again is not an option.
What can I do?

If the polygon is otherwise shaped properly, just move it using either the mouse or the Edit-Move menu option.

If the polygon also needs to be reshaped some use the Spatial Adjustment tools.  There are several different adjustment options.  See http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#//01m800000030000000
