Geocode Locator service - Intersection Only

Is there anybody out there who has been successful in creating a intersection only geocode locator service preferably based on point feature by either using a out of the box arcmap 10 locator service style or by creating a custom locator? Is so could you share your methodology.

I found my solution, create a single field geolocator, against a point feature with a single attribute column that contians the street names delimited such as "Street1 @ Street2" .

So you need to concatenate streets for every intersection point??  I've got centerline data and intersection data (with street name) but there doesn't seem to be any way to create an intersection locator?  Been searching the forums for 3 days now and nothing, lots of people having this same problem with no answers.
