Find imaginary point

There are only two inputs one is a line (red color) and offset distance 1000mts. We have to find the imaginary point where the 20 deg line intersect with offset line. Please help how to solve this geometry problem.

There is no fixed length, it varies.

I'm assuming you meant this as 20 degrees (i.e 110 degrees)?
