Feature Service Deadlock

Hello everyone. Hope you are all well,

Need help and support in for following errors after using web editing via GIS feature service:

• DBMS deadlock victim Microsoft ODBC driver 18 for SQL Server
• The version has been redefined to reference a new database state

keep getting these errors continuously and randomly.

Our environment is using ArcGIS enterprise 11 and enterprise geodatabase on MS SQL DBMS we have multiple traditional versioned feature classes published as feature service to be used and edited by our editors approximately 150 users.

Any thoughts and best practices will be appreciated
