I'm connected to many local government arcgis servers and feature services and would like to automate some data extraction.
So far, I've used this script to extract features however I'm limited to 1000 features through the server settings:

I've successfully extracted the entire dataset using feature class to feature class in arcmap, I'm just trying to translate that to python. Any ideas?
