In this link, there is an part of text that say:

http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisserver/10.0/help/arcgis_server_dotnet_help/index.html#/Replicas_and_...

"A personal or file geodatabase can be used as the target for a checkout or one-way replica. Personal and file geodatabases can also only host a single checkout or one-way replica at a time."

So, in an Enterprise Environment that keeps a centralized ArcSDE Geodatabase and implements a Check-Out/Check-In Replication  could  hosting the Child Replica in File Geodatabase and then, use a ArcGIS for Desktop Basic to editing this Child Replica?

Could I edit a Child Replica in File Geodatabse using ArcGIS for Desktop Basic?

Will I need a Standard License only to Sincronize the changes?

Hi ramonrlp,

Yes, you can edit the file geodatabase (Child - Check out) using ArcGIS for Desktop Basic, but will need at least Standard to synchronize.
