Hi All,

I am supporting ArcGIS of my Client.

I proposed a idea to upgrade from current version to newer version of ArcGIS and ArcSDE.

Right now using ArcGIS and ArcSDE of version 9.3.1.

Can any one please give me some links or ideas that what is the Economic feasiblility of upgrading from 9.3.1 to 10.1.

Economic feasibility?  That doesn't really make any sense.  Users that are current on
maintenance get upgrades.   Do you know their maintenance payment history? I would
certainly hope that the Esri office wouldn't discuss that with you (without your client's
approval). How are you going to judge your client's capability to pay any back payments?
How are you going to compare the cost of any back payments to the benefit of features
present in the newer software?  While you can be deputized to research the costs, I doubt
anyone else has pubished their financial particulars that supported their decision to start
or stop paying software maintenance.

Another perspective might be that of Product Life Cycle.
That should just about do it....
