Database inventory

Curious if there is a tool, script, process that would allow me to get the schema (domains and values, FC attribute field, etc) from a geodatabase to a spreadsheet?

The XML file is close, but I am not savvy enough to know how to import/connect to tables etc. Kinda like an exploded view or flow chart.

Try X Ray for ArcCatalog

ArcGIS Diagrammer is also a good option; sometimes it behaves better than X-Ray.
