Curvature tool help

I am trying to use the curvature tool to find the plan curvature of the slope. However, each time it keeps returning a raster of a single cell value.

Original DEM

Any help would be greatly appreciated

is there any chance that the dem is in decimal degrees and the elevations in meters?   If so project the data and retry

Have you tried applying a stretch to the raster you have produced?
