Carrying out analysis of Tobacco retailer compliance in census tracts (points to polygons)

Hello,

I'm attempting to perform an analysis of tobacco retailer compliance with new Tobacco 21 laws. I have geocoded roughly 800 retailers and have given them a value of 0, 0.5, or 1. These values represent compliance, compliant once and not compliant, or not compliant respectively. I performed a spatial join to join the points to the census tracts (polygons), so I can analyze these data with demographic data (join based on geoID). Does anyone know what analysis tools I can use to properly analyze the data, and if the spatial join interferes with any of this analysis? I've attached a pic of what the attribute table for the joined data looks like.
