I have about 100 scanned maps that are georeferenced and saved in geotiff format. I would like to enhance the georeferencing rather than starting from scratch. Is this possible in ArcMap 10.2.2? When I bring a geotiff into ArcMap the Georeferencing toolbar is disabled.
