We have about 400GB of imagery we would like to serve up to a web map. The question is what is going to give us the best performance in the end.
A reseter dataset that has been mosaicked into then with pyramids?
A mosaic dataset with overview and raster pyramids?
A mosaic dataset with overviews only?
A mosaic dataset with overviews, raster pyramids, and a tile cache?
I would guess it is the last one but I would like confirmation and/or other suggestions. If this is so we are a little worried about the size of the thing. At this time we only have 1TB of storage to work with. If we did build the tile cache is the original mosaic still needed?
