How does ArcEngine treat domains? We use Azteca's Cityworks and allow a few field staff to edit certain attributes, but try to control almost all of them with domains. The issue is that in Cityworks Anywhere they are allowed to type in the attribute as well as have the domain dropdown. Obviously this takes away all control that we want to have via the domains, so I am curious if ArcEngine or Cityworks is the one allowing free entry into these fields. Thanks for any help.
