I hope you can help?
I have successfully added data to my Arc GIS Map which I have then joined to a layer file based on the counties. I have double checked that the X and Y co-ordinates have been added and then exported as a shape file then as a layer in its own right. This has returned all my rows/values.
However when I then wish to create pie charts (or any type of chart) it will not give me the option of my own fields only the original layer on which I had made the join. There is one exception to this which is a date field.
However I want to show a pie chart breakdown of type not the date.
Anyone any ideas on how to resolve this?
