64 bit ArcSDE Direct Connect

I have a 64 bit Java application running on Windows that I'm trying to setup a Direct Connect to Oracle ArcSDE. I believe I have all the 64 bit dlls required except sdejavautil.dll. Is there a 64 bit version of this dll available? Has anyone setup a 64 bit Direct Connect from a Java application?

Which version and service pack of ArcSDE are you using?

Do you have the Java ArcSDE SDK installed on the client?

We are using Windows 2003 with ArcSDE 10 SP1. I have not installed the Java ArcSDE SDK. Do you know where I can get that SDK? Thanks for your help.

The ArcSDE 'C' and Java SDKs are on separate media, which can be ordered through Customer Service.
