copy attribute from one layer to another

I have one problem, and need help quick 😞
I have to copy attributes form filed "ID" in layer "BUA" to field "CONADMINID" in layer "COS" in that way, every "COS" have to attribut of "BUA" in witch bua is it...
for exp. one bua, one cos have same ID and CONADMINID that within the source layer (BUA).

Pls Help, and thx 😄

It sounds like you want to use a join. In ArcMap, right-click on the layer "COS", choose "Joins and Relates -> Join...". Then, fill in the dialog box so you join the fields together. You can then export "COS" to a new shapefile with all of the corresponding attributes from "BUA".
